Does the serum come with the device?
Yes, the serum Vina Drip does come with Vina when you purchase. There is also an option to subscribe and purchase the serum separately.

Can I use another serum with this device?
No, our serum is the perfect viscosity for Vina. Using anything other than water and Vina Drip would clog up the device.

Is redness, light bruising, and skin irritation usual after using Vina?
Yes, It is normal to have redness and some light bruising after using Vina.

Is this device ok for sensitive skin?
We recommend that you use our silicone small head for sensitive skin and do not go past the lowest suction mode.

How often can you use Vina?
Not more than once a week.
