A: It takes 1-3 business days for processing, 7-10 business days to receive your product (domestic) and International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days.

Q: I have a discount code for free shipping?
A: Unfortunately we no longer offer free shipping.

A: Yes. International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will replace all defective units with a new item for up to one year after initial purchase. We do accept used products for return unless it is defective.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: All of our products comes with a one year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects or items what do not work upon arrival. Warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse or accidental injury to the product.
