    No regard for customers.

    The instructions are to replace the brush every few months. You have to buy all three brushes with each replacement. There is no option to only buy the one you want. Two of these brushes are completely useless, but to replace the one you need you have to waste your money and buy all three. Companies always find a way to make a good product awful.
