DON’T BUY! Very disappointed. Received this in the mail for Mothers Day and won’t turn on. I see from other reviews, others have had the same issue. Itried the filing as described in other review and still won’t work.

It works awesome! I've seen results immediately, within days! However, you can't just do it one or two days, it must become a ritual along with all your creams and serums every morning and night. Now, i use another type of one for the morning, sometimes I'll use this one for my cheeks in AM, but mostly use every single night. As for battery comments, you have to make sure it's being turned correctly. As mine did that at first, then I realized I didn't have the bottom part screwed in correctly. Once you do this, should have absolutely no issue! Love it, highly recommend it! Got mine for free, so I was very lucky and happy, thanks to IPSY! Wonderful tool, but again not going to work for a One time deal, gotta keep at it. Just as you would with working out! If that makes sense! :)

This is a great tool! You can use it to really flush out the lymph nodes on your face and to push in sheet masks. There are so many uses!!

So first off I got this through Ipsy so take this with a grain of salt but I was really looking forward to this product and I’m certain I would love it however the one I was sent won’t turn on and there are some other reviews on Ipsy that say the same thing so just be careful.

I received this as a free gift and it only works if I take the end off and push the battery at a weird angle. A little disappointed in it.
