Safe and practical for use morning or night. Massage a handful of face and body polish onto your skin. Let sit for a few minutes to soak in the beneficial age-defying ingredients and then rinse off. Use one to two times a week on the face and up to once a day on the body, if desired. Can use daily and with body brush attachment, but not recommend for face brush.
