Looking to return or exchange a VP product you got from somewhere else? Please reach out to them directly—they will be able to help you with your refunds and returns. However, Vanity Planet offers a 1-year warranty on its products and we will gladly exchange your device under warranty with proof of purchase.

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly for questions regarding refund.
