Cancelling Orders & Modifying Orders

Once you place your order, you have one hour to cancel your order.  We do not allow cancellations or modifications of your order once it has been finalized.

Please ensure all shipping and contact info is correct before submitting your order. Once your order has been finalized we will not be able to modify it. 

We have strict procedures to protect customers personal information. Please read the following to understand the nature of your order transaction:

1. Our agents cannot see your credit/debit/PayPal information.
2. If your order has processed, then we cannot stop the order and it will ship.
3. If your order ships you will have to refuse it upon delivery.
4. Once your order returns to our warehouse you will receive your refund.
5. If you receive the order, then you are responsible for returning the Unopened item within 45 days in order to qualify for a refund.

If your order is in "back-order "status a team member can cancel Monday thru Friday during business hours.
